Ms. Lamia XU is an IP Protection Counsel in Jiaquan IP Law, where she started practicing since 2010. Before joining Jiaquan, she worked in a chemical company specializing in producing resin products.

Ms. Xu is chiefly engaged in IP protection cases. Her practice covers patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation and patent infringement, trademark prosecution, trademark review, cancellation, invalidation, trademark infringement and anti-unfair competition, copyright registration and initiating the Customs border protection, etc. She is especially adept in mapping out overall IPR protection plans for her clients to better protect their intellectual property rights. She is intimately familiar with the US and Korea IP law and assists her clients in obtaining IP protection abroad. During her career, she has accumulated extensive experience and knowledge in both domestically and internationally.
