Ms. XU has started her practice since 2010. She is chiefly engaged in patent, trademark and design issues. Her practice covers patent and trademark prosecution, reexamination, invalidation and patent infringement, etc. She is especially adept in mapping out overall IPR protection strategies for her clients. She has been working with foreign law firms for years and assists her clients in obtaining IP protection abroad. She also helped a number of foreign companies successfully obtain and enforce their IP rights in China. One of her representative works including assisting a US client in obtaining its trademark registrations in China. The trademark disputed cases took six years, and had gone through all the procedure including trademark review, the first instance before Beijing IP Court, the second instance before Beijing High People’s Court and retrial before the Supreme People’s Court. 

During her career, she has accumulated extensive experience and knowledge in both domestically and internationally.
