Mr. Paul D. YU is the IP Protection Counsel in the firm’s Jiangmen office, where he started practicing in 2013.

Mr. YU is chiefly engaged in administrative and judicial IPR protection cases. He is also experienced in handling legal issues involving patent, trademark infringement & anti-unfair competition. He is especially adept at mapping out overall IPR protection plans for his clients to better protect their intellectual property rights via both administrative and judicial approaches in China.

His practice focuses on strategizing for the investigation and evidence collection on IPR infringement, combating infringement and unfair competition via administrative raids, initiating Customs border protection, as well as initiating domain name arbitration, etc.
