Mr. Paul D. YU is an IP Protection Counsel in the firm’s Jiangmen office, where he started practicing in 2013.

Mr. YU is chiefly engaged in administrative and judicial IPR protection cases. He is also experienced in patent, trademark application and prosecution, copyright registration; FTO investigation, patent invalidation search analysis; trademark availability searches, applications, oppositions, invalidation, and cancellations; handling legal issues involving patent, trademark infringement & anti-unfair competition: the investigation and evidence collection on IPR infringement, combating infringement and unfair competition via administrative raids, initiating Customs border protection, as well as initiating domain name arbitration, etc.

He has provided intellectual property consulting services to the following reputable domestic and foreign companies and brands: Airbus, Liugong Machinery, CROWN EQUIPMENT, Pfannenberg GmbH, PAUL & JOE, MINOTTI, BA&SH, MIGUEL TORRES and Fenice, etc.
