Mr. Peter H. LI leads an experienced intellectual property team that focuses on providing strategic advice for both domestic and overseas clients, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Jiaquan IP Law, Peter was serving as an engineer in the R&D department of a large company for manufacturing central air conditioning devices. He understands the importance of getting the invention protected and that intellectual property rights could be a great asset to the company. Meanwhile, with the experience working at the other end, Peter is a good listener to the client’s requirements for IP protection and he is good at communicating with the clients in order to map out the best possible strategy for their business growth.

During his career in practicing law, Peter has helped many different clients establishing and managing the IP portfolios home and abroad, particularly in the United States and China. Be it with the Freedom-to-Operate search prior to entering the market, infringement analysis, global branding, or to enforce the IP rights, Peter and his team will always be able to offer a satisfying service for the clients.
