Ms. Sunny Deng graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. She joined Jiaquan in 2017.

Ms. Deng is a senior trademark paralegal of Jiaquan IP Law, focusing on trademark and copyright prosecution, especially trademark and copyright application, trademark protection, trademark defense and monitoring, customs protection, IP right infringement litigation, trademark administrative litigation, etc.

Ms. Deng is proficient in both Chinese and English. Through the frequent participation in the cooperation of International IP right protection, she is familiar with trademark law and related regulations domestically and internationally, which allows her to provide every client with the best suggestion.

Ms. Deng has handled more than 2000 trademark cases, including nearly 1000 trademark applications. She is also familiar with the strategy and procedure of trademark review, trademark opposition, trademark cancellation and trademark invalidation.
