Ms. Su graduated from Shaoguan University. She joined Jiaquan in 2017.

Ms. Su is a patent paralegal of Jiaquan IP Law, focusing on patent prosecution, which includes filing applications, handling office action, recording the change of bibliographic data, requesting confidential examination, obtaining official documents from CNIPA (such as certified priority documents, patent register and granted text), obtaining patent assessment report, monitoring the status of patents, filing request for customs recordal, recording license contract and filing request for invalidation for invention, etc. She handles over 2500 applications, where there are about 2000 Chinese applications and 400 U.S. applications. Therefore, she is familiar with patent law and related regulations in China and the United States, and has rich experience, which allows her to provide every client with the best suggestion.
