Vicky is a seasoned Intellectual Property Counsel, primarily responsible for liaising with foreign IP firms and managing intellectual property cases involving China. She has delivered a comprehensive range of patent and trademark/copyright application and prosecution services to numerous multinational enterprises across various sectors.

Vicky has represented her clients in over 400 patent matters, 900 trademark matters and a few Geographical Indication matters, encompassing patent searches, applications, responses, reexaminations, invalidation proceedings, and enforcement actions. Additionally, she provides strategic advice on brand protection and development strategies, conducts trademark searches, oversees trademark/copyright registrations, performs reviews and oppositions, manages cancellations due to three consecutive years of non-use, handles invalidations, monitors compliance issues, and addresses an array of matters related to brand protection strategy as well as trademark prosecution and enforcement.

Vicky possesses extensive experience in managing trademark infringement litigation, customs seizures, customs recordal, and related areas. She has successfully assisted foreign clients in navigating a few customs seizures associated with OEM factories in China, as well as handling trademark infringement cases and addressing criminal matters involving counterfeit trademarks.

Vicky has also represented clients in various complex IPR protection cases involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition and IPR contracts, providing clients with professional protection strategies and consulting services.

Vicky also provides clients with professional services in non-disclosure agreements, NNN agreements, cooperation agreements, domain names, customs protection, investigations, and online enforcement.
