Lucy CHEN has been with Jiaquan IP Law since 2017. As an IP counsel and liaison between Jiaquan and overseas clients/law firms, her practices focuses primarily on patent prosecution, IP transaction and portfolio management, due diligence, agreement drafting, IP online enforcement, etc. In addition, Lucy is familiar with trademark prosecution such as pre-filing search, registration application, opposition, invalidation, cancellation, etc. 

She has represented her domestics and overseas clients in over 800 patent cases and 600 trademark matters. The clients that she served are from individuals, Small and Mid-size Enterprise to large multinational companies, such as an American multinational financial services corporation, a famous sportswear manufacturer in German, the largest retailer in Latin America, No.1 pharmaceutical company in India, and top-tier optical fibre communication producers in China, etc. 

She is especially adept in mapping out overall protection plans for her clients to better protect their intellectual property rights via both administrative and judicial approaches in China. Besides IP, Lucy also extends her practices to other legal aspects. For instance, she successfully assisted a client in Colombia with resolving a contract dispute related to product quality and secured favorable compensation for the client. She and her team are highly trusted for matters involving NNN/NDA, contract review and drafting in order to protect the interests of the clients.
