Mr. ZOU graduated from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), majoring in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation.

Since joining Jiaquan in 2017, he has been mainly engaged in patent work related to mechanical structure, technological process and automation process. Also, he is responsible for Chinese and foreign patent application drafting, translation, office action, searching and other works. He is especially good at filing and prosecuting design applications in China and other countries/jurisdictions. As far, he has handled thousands of Chinese and foreign design applications for applicants, including Midea, ZTE and Ping’An, and thus accumulates rich experience in the application process, requirements, precautions, patent invalidation, infringement and enforcement at Amazon, etc. Also, he is very familiar with the patent systems of main countries in the world. He is responsible for and so far has answered thousands of patent inquires from domestic and foreign applicants. He can provide applicants with comprehensive application plans and rescue strategies. Further, he has provided training and lectures for enterprises and institutions for many times.
