Mingzhou Li majored in telecommunication engineering and financial management from 2014 to 2018 and received B.S. degree in both engineering and management from Tianjin University of Science and Technology. He then further studied in electronic and communication engineering from 2018 to 2021 and received a M.S. degree in engineering from Tiangong University in 2021.

Since April 2021, he has been an patent attorney in Jiaquan and engages in international practices. He is mainly responsible for the search, application and response of invention patents and utility models.

In 2016, he received a professional title of junior accountant.
