Anthony Ho is a Chinese patent attorney engaged in international patent applications, at Jiaquan IP Law Firm.

As a patent attorney for over 6 years, Anthony is familiar with the fields including, telecommunications, automotive, optics, and physics, and is experienced in patent applications drafting and prosecution. Especially, Anthony has experience and ability in patent application drafting originally in English.

Anthony is experienced in preparing and prosecuting patent applications across multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S., China, the European Union, India, South Korea, Australia, and so on. 

Anthony is also skilled in both English-to-Chinese and Chinese-to-English translations. He is also fluent in oral/written English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese. English can be a working language.

Having good analytical skills, and critical thinking, Anthony is good at preparing convincing responses to especially tough Office Actions for the clients.

Anthony is also a team leader of a 4-attorney group in Jiaquan.

Besides, Anthony is a registered senior information system project management engineer in China.

Prior to joining Jiaquan, Anthony worked for a state-owned telecommunication operator (top 500 in the world) as a telecommunication product manager.

Education

Anthony obtained a master's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Top 10 in China, and top 100 in the world, ranked by U.S. News Global Education) in 2011. He majored in optoelectronic engineering (Top 2 in China, in parallel with Zhejiang University).
