Mr. Lin graduated from the Guangdong University of Technology majoring in optical electromechanical integration specialty, and obtained the bachelor degree.

He served in a famous electronic company. After joining Jiaquan, he has been dedicated to and good at patent application in fields of computer software and hardware, telecommunications, sensors,  microelectronics, photoelectric technology, etc. He is mainly responsible for the draft, translation and OA response of the foreign patents, as well as offering advices and searching services to clients. With the 14 years working and communicating experience with foreign clients, he has a solid foreign language foundation in English.

From 2017 to 2024, Mr. Lin participates in relevant activities of INTA (International Trademark Association) annual meeting.

In 2018, Mr. Lin went to Vivacqua Law Firm in the United States to participate in a three-month patent practice training, mainly including US patent application and examination, US patent litigation, and special courses by USPTO.
