Mr. Guanglong HUANG is a senior search analyst, patent attorney, assistant researcher, master of integrated circuit engineering of Sun Yat-sen University, vice manager of the Shenzhen Office, and manager of the Search Analyst Department of Jiaquan IP Law, who was also selected as one of the first batch of overseas intellectual property rights protection assistance experts in China (Shenzhen), one of the fourth batch of experts in Shenzhen Standards Expert Database, an expert in the inspection and identification of intellectual property disputes in Foshan City, an expert in intellectual property rights protection in Foshan City, an expert in overseas intellectual property rights protection assistance of the IP Protection Center of Foshan City, an expert in intellectual property rights in Qingyuan City and an expert in intellectual property rights in Heyuan City.

Mr. Huang graduated from Sun Yat-sen University, majoring in integrated circuit engineering. From July 2013 to November 2017, he worked in the Patent Examination Cooperation Guangdong Center of the Patent Office of the CNIPA, serving as an examiner of substantive examination for invention patent applications in the semiconductor field and an expert in the semiconductor field, who has examined more than 400 invention patent applications, and was rated as " Outstanding Examiner" in 2016, passed the primary search certification of the CNIPA and obtained the title of the assistant researcher. Since 2017, he has been working for Jiaquan IP Law, mainly responsible for patent search and analysis and patent agency for key customers. He has a rich theoretical basis and practical experience in patent search and analysis and has long been engaged in practical work such as FTO investigation, patent invalidation search analysis, patent infringement comparative analysis, patent circumvention design analysis, patent stability search, patent navigation, patent early warning, intellectual property review, and high-value patent cultivation analysis. He is familiar with enterprise intellectual property planning, product layout, risk warning, etc., serving as an intellectual property consultant for many well-known enterprises. With rich experience in the patent agency for large customers, he has obtained the certification of S-level patent agent of a well-known communication enterprise and a patent agent in the database of a well-known home appliance enterprise, and is responsible for drafting their core and standard patents. He has participated in patent invalidation procedures at home and abroad many times, is familiar with the laws, regulations, and processes related to patent infringement procedures, is familiar with overseas intellectual property practices, and has handled overseas e-commerce infringement complaints for many domestic enterprises, US 337 investigations, and other matters. In 2018, he won second place in the team competition of the National Science and Technology Innovation Patent Search Competition, and in 2021, he won third place in individual competition and team championship of the IncoPat National Search Competition.

During his tenure, he led the industrial robot patent navigation project of Foshan Intellectual Property Protection Center, provided intellectual property consulting services for robot enterprises in Foshan, guided Foshan enterprises to carry out patent application and patent layout through patent navigation reports, led four high-value patent cultivation projects of Changsha Ningxiang District Government, cultivated more than 100 high-value patents for four enterprises, combining with the analysis of patent layout of industry competitors, provided patent layout suggestions for multiple enterprises. He participated in the Guangdong Provincial Strategic Emerging Industry Patent Navigation Project sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Office, formed a patent analysis and early warning report for the wind energy industry, and provided reasonable suggestions and measures for the development of the industry; served as an intellectual property related legal advice consultant for many enterprises, providing professional legal advice for enterprises, helping enterprises prevent domestic and overseas intellectual property risks and assisting in resolving domestic and foreign-related intellectual property litigation; and handling overseas e-commerce infringement affairs for a number of Shenzhen enterprises. He handled 337 investigation affairs for an e-cigarette and photographic equipment enterprise in Shenzhen and obtained customers’recognition. Mr. Huang provided a full range of patent search and analysis services for several enterprises, involving patent navigation, patent early warning, intellectual property review, high-value patent cultivation, patent invalidation search analysis, patent infringement comparative analysis, patent circumvention design analysis, patent stability analysis, etc.
