Mr. Shuai ZHANG graduated from Wuhan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Engineering, and is now working in Guangzhou Office of Jiaquan IP Law.

He joined Jiaquan in 2017 and has been engaged in patent drafting, prosecution, reexamination, search and analysis in the fields of communication and software etc. He is also quite familiar with "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standards", and has assisted more than thirty enterprises to implement this national standard.

As the manager of Guangzhou Search and Analysis Department since November 2021, Mr. ZHANG has led and finished many patent search and analysis, including FTO projects. He also has rich experience in patent navigation and patent layout, and has led and participated in a number of large-scale governmental navigation projects, covering industries of new energy, smart grid, and UHD displays, etc.
