Mr. Qun YU is an attorney-at-law, patent attorney, associate researcher, search analyst, vice general manager of Jiaquan IP Law, and the fifth batch of backbone talents trained by the CNIPA.

After graduation, he entered the CNIPA, engaged in the substantive examination of invention patent applications, PCT examination, utility model patent right evaluation, etc., and won the honorary title of "Top Ten Youths" of the Patent Examination Cooperation Guangdong Center of the Patent Office of the CNIPA, took part in the review of a provincial and a municipal patent gold award as an evaluation expert for several times in a row, and participated as a review expert in the "Excellent Patent Application Selection" organized by a provincial attorney association, conducted research in many large domestic enterprises, provided patent excavating and drafting as well as response to Office Action for related enterprises, and attended in the training and teaching work of the patent attorney qualification examination as a training teacher. After joining Jiaquan IP Law, he is mainly responsible for patent agency, invalidation and infringement litigation, patent search and analysis in the field of machinery, formulating comprehensive intellectual property protection strategies for customers, providing services such as patent mining and layout, patent application confirmation, patent infringement investigation and analysis, etc., and successfully serving many well-known domestic enterprises, such as Midea Group, General Motors Corporation, and China General Nuclear Power Group, and won the honorary title of "Top Ten Attorney" of Midea Group in 2021.
