Mr. Li Zhenjiang is a senior intellectual property expert who graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University with a major in Communication Engineering and Peking University with a major in Intellectual Property Law. He has extensive training and work experience and is well versed in European and American patent laws as well as Chinese intellectual property laws and regulations. He has received training at Boehmert&Boehmert in Germany (a well-known law firm in Munich, Germany) and BSKB in the United States (a well-known intellectual property law firm in the United States), and has obtained qualifications as a Chinese patent agent, litigation agent, and lecturer at the Patent Agents Association.

Mr. Li has worked at the Patent and Trademark Office of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade for over ten years, during which he was responsible for patent applications and consulting services for numerous well-known enterprises. He has served as the Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Longtian Intellectual Property Firm Shenzhen Branch and a partner of Beijing Hanhao Intellectual Property Agency and other institutions. He has provided intellectual property services to well-known companies such as Alibaba, Baidu, Tencent, Huawei, IBM, Siemens, and Apple, and has been awarded the Tencent S-level (highest level) and Alibaba A-level (highest level) agent titles. In addition, he has been designated by Siemens as a patent agent.

In his career, Mr. Li led a team responsible for most of Apple's patent applications and consulting in Greater China, and actively carried out rewriting work to safeguard Apple's intellectual property rights in the Chinese market. The China National Intellectual Property Administration also launched a research team to study Apple's patent application. In addition, he was appointed by IBM as a special writer to write various patent application documents in Chinese or English submitted to the China National Intellectual Property Administration of China, the United States Patent Office or the European Patent Office.
