• represented the invalidation petitioner in the administrative litigation against the patent of “a kind of bowl”. After the first and second instances, both courts found that the original decision of the Patent Reexamination Board to uphold the patent was erroneous in factual findings and application of the law, and ruled to revoke the decision. The patent was ultimately declared to be invalid. (2013)
  
• represented the invalidation petitioner in the invalidation against the utility model patent 'Hanging Steam Ironing Machine'; successfully invalidated the patent by challenging technical field limitations in utility model assessment. (2009)
  
• represented the plaintiff in the patent dispute case involving pet cage, and secured patent validity through three invalidation proceedings and administrative litigation, resulting in defendant’s compensation. (2008)
  
• represented the largest motorcycle manufacturer in China, Dachangjiang Group, in a design patent enforcement lawsuit and related invalidation proceedings; successfully upheld the validity of the patent and forced the defendant to finally take the corresponding responsibility. (2008)
