After graduation, Mr. LIN worked in a battery company for many years in R&D and technical management involving batteries, battery materials, and production processes.

Since joining Jiaquan in 2016, he has drafted and prosecuted over one thousand patent applications across diverse technical fields including organic chemistry, polymer materials, synthetic resins and plastics, adhesives, inorganic non-metallic materials, metal processing, concrete, magnetic materials, coatings, batteries, food, cosmetics, detergents, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, environmental pollution treatment. 

Mr. Lin also has rich experience in patent reexamination, invalidation, and litigation proceedings, and is able to provide clients with full range of IP services from patent drafting, prior art searches, FTO analysis, patent landscaping, and strategic portfolio development.
