On the evening of February 11th, the "13th China Intellectual Property New Year Forum and 2023 China Intellectual Property Managers Annual Meeting" hosted by "China Intellectual Property" magazine was successfully held in Beijing. The theme of this year's forum was "Making Good Use of Opportunities and Moving Forward Steadily", focusing on intellectual property management and legal compliance issues for enterprises in the post-epidemic era, and summarizing and looking forward to the changes, challenges, and development opportunities in China's intellectual property industry.The forum adhered to its positioning and vision, with a rich and compact agenda that included three main forums: the China Intellectual Property Peak Trend Forum, the China Intellectual Property Management Practice Forum, and the Chinese Judge Forum (discussing issues related to the 5th amendment of the Trademark Law). The 2023 China Intellectual Property Managers Annual Meeting Awards Ceremony was also held. The forum adopted a combination of virtual and in-person methods, with high-profile guests in attendance, and discussions and exchanges among participants, presenting a feast of intellectual property.
