Rapid recovery of patent applications in China

Affected by the pandemic, Chinese domestic patent applications (including invention, utility model and design) declined by 33.2% in February compared with the volume of the same month last year. However, the year-on-year growth rate rose rapidly to 10.5% in March and even 15.7% in April. The rapid recovery of patent applications in China fully shows the active response of market entities to the pandemic.
